Restore purchases
Bought a set on another device or after reinstalling? Open the app, tap ••• at the top of the home screen, then tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account (iPhone, iPad) or Google account (Android) you bought with.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google Play. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com (iPhone, iPad) or follow Google Play's refund steps (Android).
Privacy Policy

KSSR English Go! is made for primary school pupils, so we keep it simple: the app does not collect any personal data.
- No accounts, no sign-in. You never give us your name, email or any other details.
- Everything stays on your device. Your answers, scores, bookmarks and settings are saved only on your phone or tablet. They are not sent to us or to anyone else.
- No tracking, no ads, no analytics. The app does not use any third-party tracking, advertising or analytics tools, and it does not connect to the internet on its own.
- Purchases. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not see or store your payment details. Their privacy policies apply: apple.com/legal/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.
- Face ID, fingerprint and face unlock. These are only used to confirm that you want to reset your statistics. The check is done entirely by your device; the app never receives your face or fingerprint data.
Deleting the app removes all of its data from your device.

- Pembelian dalam aplikasi diproses oleh Apple atau Google Play. Kami tidak melihat atau menyimpan butiran pembayaran anda.
- Face ID, cap jari atau buka kunci wajah hanya digunakan untuk mengesahkan set semula statistik, dan semakan dibuat sepenuhnya oleh peranti anda.
